Providing first-class customer service is at the heart of our core values as we strive to be the No. 1 EPOS provider for golf retailers and Matt’s appointment will help us to provide an even better service for our customers.”
Matt said; “It’s an exciting time for me to be joining the business that has ambitious growth plans. It’s really important to the Support Team that we deliver the best possible service we can and ensure that our customers have easy access to the expert support they need.
“With the introduction of new technologies and online communications channels, the customer support world is ever-changing and these days people expect to be able to get hold of someone quickly and efficiently.
