European Golf Business Conference: Final Programme Announced

Vision 2020 logoThe EGCOA has today released the final programme for the 2014 European Golf Business Conference. The much-anticipated event will see the release of the EGCOA’s VISION 2020 project and will be hosted in Barcelona in less than two weeks time; from 4th – 6th November.

The conference has attracted a line up of leading industry speakers and delegates from around the globe. This year’s agenda will focus on the key opportunities for the future of European golf highlighted in the VISION 2020 research.

Revealing the VISION at the event will be project leader, Sander Allegro. Sander is a leading strategic development and change consultant working with many of the world’s top hotels and hospitality venues. Sander will reveal the anticipated results and lead a number of interactive sessions with delegates throughout the conference.

6th European Multi Course Owners Meeting

The conference will also play host to Europe’s leading Multi Course Owners for the 6th annual European multi course meeting on Tuesday 4th Nov. at Real Club de Golf El Prat. The meeting is a once a year opportunity for the owners of Europe’s largest and most prestigious multi course organisations to gather, discuss and collaborate solutions to increase rounds, revenues, reduce operating costs and to run more stable and profitable businesses.

Over the last number of years an average of 500 golf courses were represented. With many of Europe’s leading multi-course organisations already confirmed the meeting is shaping up to be the most influential to date. The meeting will be followed by the opening reception of the EGCOA Conference.
