The Golf Show 2014 will be the “Biggest ever” according to organisers of Europe’s largest golf trade and educational event, taking place at Harrogate International Centre, Yorkshire, on October 7-9.
With more than 60 leading brands exhibiting their latest products and services, the event will cover more floor space than ever before and with online registration open until Monday, September 29, the number of attending PGA Professionals is set to be at record levels too.
Combining the exhibition with a packed two-day programme of free education and the show-stopping Teaching & Coaching Conference, nowhere else in Europe is as focused on enhancing the businesses of PGA Professionals.
David Colclough, PGA Head of Member Education, said: “Places for the seminars are filling up fast and I would urge any professionals looking to make the most of the free education on offer at The Golf Show, to register now and book their places in the sessions they wish to attend.”
The popular Teaching and Coaching Conference makes its third appearance at The Golf Show with this year’s half-day programme headlined by globally renowned short game coach, Dave Pelz, in association with Cleveland Golf and Srixon.
Colclough added: “As the world’s leading authority on the short game, Pelz is delivering great value to attendees of the Teaching and Coaching Conference by appearing twice speaking separately about putting and wedge play.”
Following Pelz’s presentations there will be an opportunity for PGA professionals to ask the man their own questions, which can be submitted at the event or on Twitter using hashtag #AskPelz.
John Davis, The Golf Show Event Manager, said: “We strive to enhance the event every year and deliver greater value to delegates and exhibitors. The growing commitment of both PGA professionals and the industry’s leading brands to attend is testament to the relevance of the show to all golf businesses across Europe.”
The free-to-attend, three-day event is open to PGA members from across the continent that can register online at www.golftradeshow.co.uk.
Once registered PGA members will receive an email with a separate link, which will enable them to book their place at the Teaching and Coaching Conference, at a cost of £25 + VAT.
PGA Professionals who are unable to register online before Monday, September 29, can register on arrival at The Golf Show, during show hours, by presenting their PGA membership card.
