Golf Son Gual, the ‘most prestigious golf address on the sunshine island of Mallorca’, has opened its doors to Europe’s golfing fraternity with a range of eagerly-awaited debenture options.
Such was the anticipation for the exclusive memberships that €1m-worth of debentures were sold during February alone.
Surprisingly, more than 30 per cent of the initial investors are British, many with homes on the island while others have recognised the excellent investment potential on offer.
The debentures are available only to those who have visited Son Gual personally in order to experience its quality first-hand. The debentures are valid for life, transferable and cover spouse and all children under 21 years. Prices are available only on application.
Confirmation of Son Gual’s new standing in Europe’s golfing elite was received when it was chosen to host May’s €300,000 Son Gual Mallorca Senior Open.
Already signed up for the event is the 1995 Open Championship runner-up, Costantino Rocca, from Italy, and many more of Europe’s premier golfing ‘greys’ are likely to follow suit.
