Teeofftimes.co.uk, the UK’s largest tee-time booking service, is marking the launch of its new website with a special promotion that will see prizes worth more than £10,000 being won.

Launched in early March, the updated website offers golfers a wider choice than ever, with 800 clubs now signed up, as well as a much more user-friendly experience and increased levels of functionality, particularly on smartphones. Many improvements made reflect feedback from a recent survey of more than 65,000 customers.

Confirming its position as the market leader, the Windsor-based company is celebrating the launch of the new website, and the contesting of the first Major of the golf season, with its biggest-ever promotion.

Golfers who book on the site during the month of April will be automatically entered into a daily draw to win a wide selection of prizes, from holidays and drivers to four-balls and golf balls. The prize giveaway is expected to help Teeofftimes.co.uk continue the remarkable growth that saw bookings almost double in 2011.

During April the revamped Teeofftimes.co.uk website will also be showcasing the very best spring offers, with great-value tee-time deals available at highly-regarded venues such asStokePark,Kingswood and Old Thorns.

“2011 was a great year but we really want to build on that success,” said Steve Hemsworth, Managing Director of parent company Golfbreaks.com.  “We’ve made a strong start, with almost 25,000 golfers being booked in January and February alone, but there is still much more to do.

“Apart from the new website, we are also introducing more high-end courses, better weekend availability and improved society offerings. And what better way to kickstart the 2012 season than by rewarding customers with more than £10,000 of prizes?”
