New Marketing Executive for Muscat Hills

Nora Dimitrova has recently joined Muscat Hills Golf and Country Club as their Marketing Executive.

A Bulgarian national, Nora has a strong background in golf, having recently spent the last 18 months working on the launch of Pravets Golf Club in her native Bulgaria. The club successfully opened in May of this year and has recently played host to the PGA Professional Championship of Europe. Pravets Golf and Spa, like Muscat Hills Golf and Country Club, is managed by Braemar Golf St Andrews.

Prior to working at Pravets, Nora spend 5 years as the editor of Golf and Spa magazine, Bulgaria’s number one leisure publication. She has also spent time working for the Bulgarian Golf Association on their Junior golf development program.

Commenting on her appointment Nora said: “I am really excited about the opportunity of joining the team at Muscat Hills. I have spent some time in theMiddle Eastand I am impressed by the quality of the facilities and the general interest in golf. I believe my background inBulgariain trying to grow the awareness and participation of the game will serve me well in Oman”.

Muscat Hills Director of Golf Ray Stopforth added: “To have someone of Nora’s capability and all round marketing and PR skills join Muscat Hills is a big bonus for us. The demand for golf inOmanis ever increasing and that is why we are investing in people of Nora’s calibre to help us meet this demand.”
