Leading golf apparel brand Sunderland of Scotland has appointed Tour player Charlotte Dalton as Area Sales Executive for the Midlands following the retirement of Bruce Ball.
A member of Ladbrook Park and Kings Norton golf clubs, Birmingham-based Charlotte, 22, plays on the LET Access Series and will combine her professional playing career with her new role a Sunderland.
Said Charlotte: “I’m delighted to be joining a company which has such a fantastic pedigree in the golf market. I really enjoyed working at The Golf Show in Harrogate, which demonstrated to me how many PGA Professionals love theSunderlandbrand and I’m looking forward to working closely with all my accounts.”
Before turning professional Charlotte was an accomplished amateur golfer, representing Warwickshire on many occasions and in 2008 she was runner-up in the English Mid-Amateur Championships.
At Harrogate, Sunderland unveiled its new 2011/2012 collection which features a superb new technical ‘Endurance’ base layer which comes packaged in an eye-catching tin.
