The IMG Prestige reciprocal course network has grown to include over 150 leading golf courses in 2024.

The IMG Golf Course Services team are uniquely positioned to offer owners a range of value-added services, including bespoke club management and agronomy expertise and access to IMG’s global resources such as professional golf events, world class players and golf media.

IMG’s scale and extensive expertise have helped owners all over the world to maximise the value of their golf course investment.

Opportunities are currently available for new clubs and resorts to join the network. It is easy to get involved and is designed to increase green fee revenue by gaining access to the 60,000 members of the IMG network while adding a unique and valuable benefit to your own members.

As part of the IMG Prestige Network, members also have the opportunity to feature their club in a monthly newsletter, wider support across the IMG social and digital channels, support with trade shows and exhibitions, and access to a monthly meeting between other managers of IMG’s properties to share ideas and deepen relationships.

Notably, the network has grown this year in Scotland, with a strong collection of courses from the east coast to the west and from the Borders to Aberdeen, including Spey Bay in Moray, where with a new reversible 18-hole course being constructed by Clayton DeVries Pont, and SCHLOSS Roxburghe where recent investment in facilities has seen the addition of a Toptracer driving range, new greenkeeping facilities and a new short game area.

Trump International Golf Links Scotland, whose second 18-hole championship links will open next summer, also joined the Prestige network in 2024; while major investments are also taking place at the exclusive Mar Hall in Glasgow following its recent change of ownership.

Speaking about the IMG Prestige Network, Chris McQueen, Director of Golf at Mar Hall, said: “Joining the IMG Prestige Network as part of our recent renovation has been hugely beneficial. Not only have they helped us in our first appearance at IGTM in Lisbon, but we’ve worked closely with their team as we increase awareness through the media about the level of investment taking place at our venue.”

Marcus Weatherburn, Director of Membership at Foxhills, said: “‘Almost 12 months ago, Foxhills joined IMG Prestige as a way to manage our worldwide reciprocal club network. Safe to say it’s been a huge success, with members now having access to some of the best golf courses worldwide.”
