Leading launch monitor and simulator company Foresight Sports Europe has announced the appointment of Tom Schuurman as the latest member of its European sales force.
A PGA Professional based in Amsterdam, Schuurman has over ten years’ experience in the golf industry and will represent Foresight Sports across Belgium, Luxemburg and the Netherlands.
After starting his career as a Product Fitting Specialist for Callaway in Belgium, Schuurman moved to the Netherlands to work for PING as Sales Manager. After six years with the company, he moved into a full-time teaching role as a PGA Professional at Golfclub De Hoge Kleij in Leusden.
“Tom’s vast knowledge of teaching and fitting using launch monitors, combined with his sales experience, makes him the ideal person to strengthen our presence in the Benelux region.” said Foresight Sports Europe’s EMEA Sales Manager, James Stewart. “With the introduction of Tom locally, we will not only continue to drive sales but also give our customers additional resources and experience to call upon.”
Foresight Sports engineer, produce, supply, and install a range of industry-leading ground-based and over-head launch monitors used by tens of thousands of golf professionals, fitters, tour professionals, and consumers. Foresight simulators, ranging from self-assembly models through to fully-installed custom designs, are considered the definitive indoor golf technology.
The company’s products, including the GCQuad, GC3, and recently launched Falcon and QUADMAX, enable golf enthusiasts to enjoy their sport all year round and golf clubs to maximise their space efficiently to drive additional year-round revenues.
