Motocaddy Expands To Meet Demand

12.23am 15th February 2010 - Corporate - This story was updated on Sunday, June 13th, 2010

Motocaddy  has added an extra 6,000 sq ft of warehouse space to its Hertfordshire headquarters to cope with the continued demand for its award-winning product range.

Sales of Motocaddy trolleys have increased by an average of 28% over the last three years. So to keep up with this extra demand the company has extended into a large neighbouring unit at its base near Stanstead Airport.

It is the latest in a series of expansions and means Motocaddy now occupies 15,000 sq ft – more than twice as much floor space as when the company first moved to the current location in February 2006. The extra warehouse allows Motocaddy to stock more products, including its three popular trolley models in a variety of colours, plus six new bag designs and a wide range of batteries and accessories.

“The warehouse expansion illustrates just how much Motocaddy has grown as a brand since we launched in 2005,” said Rod Brown, Managing Director of Motocaddy Ltd. “It also allows us to plan ahead for an even more successful future, both in the UK and abroad.”

Motocaddy has recently introduced re-styled versions of the pioneering S3 Digital and
S1 Digital electric trolleys, as well as a range of innovative accessories and its first ladies’ trolley and bags.

Products are available direct from www.motocaddy.com or from leading Pro Shops and golf retail outlets across the UK and Europe.
