Market entrants exhibit at BTME 2003

9.00am 9th January 2003 - Corporate

The BIGGA Turf Management Exhibition (BTME) and Clubhouse 2003 will be jointly presented at the Harrogate International Centre 21st to 23rd January. TurfCare Systems and TurfCare Solutions, part of the recently formed TurfCare Group, will jointly exhibit for the very first time.

TurfCare Systems is UK, Ireland and European distributor of the world market leading Finn range of hydroseeders and bark-blowers, as well as the technically advanced Finn range of hydroseeding additive products.

As well as sales, the company also provides a hydroseeder® hire service with a 300 US gallon unit for smaller applications or a 1200 US gallon unit for larger jobs. A full contract hydroseeding service is also available.

Hydroseeding is beneficial in both the amenity and public sectors. The potential advantages over conventional seeding methods in difficult areas such as on slopes or in areas exposed to excessive climatic elements are enormous but very under-utilised. Hydroseeding machinery can also be used for the application of difficult to handle materials such as bulk calcium.

TurfCare Solutions supplies turfgrass nutrition and maintenance products to golf courses and amenity sportsfields. The company is a distribution partner for the Floratine System as well as being suppliers of Andersons Fertilizers, Gro Power Organic Fertilizers/Soil Conditioners and Plant Marvel Water Soluble Fertilizers.

Irish TurfCare recently received a Floratine award for international sales performance. The award was presented at this year’s International Distributor Conference held at Malaga in November.

The companies will be found at stand Q19.

The companies are based in Ringwood, Hampshire and can be contacted by phone on 01425 472102
