Jasmine, better known as ‘The Jazzy Golfer’, has announced a number of partnerships with some of the best-known brands, biggest events and most influential stakeholders in the game, as she dedicates herself, full-time to inspiring a new generation to take up the game of golf.
The partnerships with Troon International, the world’s largest golf management company, Visit Scotland and the Solheim Cup and 18 Birdies, will see her attend a number of the game’s biggest events, while creating content and hosting events as a spokesperson for the positive traits of the game. Jasmine will also be representing Thorpeness Country Club in Suffolk.
Having only taken up the game in 2017, ‘Jazzy’ quickly fell in love with the challenge and found her niche, with her trademark jazzy leggings; a symbol of her dedication to jazzing up how the game is portrayed and perceived. Along with growing a loyal, passionate audience, she has become internationally recognised as a voice for the game, and the women’s game in particular.
Her mission to document her journey as a new-comer to the game has taken her inside the ropes at events around the world, rubbing shoulders with the likes of Tiger Woods, Michelle Wie, Tommy Fleetwood and Georgia Hall, as well as working with The European Tour, Ladies European Tour, and the R&A at some of the biggest events in the calendar.
“I couldn’t be more excited to have the opportunity to fully dedicate myself to the game that I’m so passionate about,” commented Jazzy. “I’ve had some amazing experiences over the past two years so far and hopefully, working with some incredible partners, I can continue to grow my channels and help to raise awareness of all that’s great about golf. As a relatively new golfer and as a female, I think I can bring a fresh energy and perspective on the game, and if that can inspire people to follow the game, take it up or play more, that would be fantastic!”
The partnerships will enable Jazzy to dedicate herself to the game full-time, injecting a new, fresh energy to the game from a women’s point of view. She will be visiting Troon International venues around the world, creating unique content series’ around Scotland’s hosting of the Solheim Cup in September, and hosting one-day events for women and girls to try golf at venues across the country, including Thorpeness Country Club.
Ian Bulleid, Director of Sales and Marketing for the Troon International Division, said: “We have been following Jazzy’s journey with interest ever since she started shining the light on the incredible opportunities for more women and girls to take up the game. We are delighted to have the opportunity to become part of her journey, and hope that access to our international facilities, venues and resorts will make sure that she has a golfing home anywhere in the world, where she can showcase all that’s great about the game we love.”
