Club Car has opened a new 3,300 square metre factory in Poland to meet increasing demand for its small-wheel, zero-emissions electric vehicles.

Club Car has supplied a fleet of 80 new electric golf cars and seven utility vehicles to Al Zorah Golf Club in the United Arab Emirates.

Yamaha Motor (UK) Ltd has signed an exclusive contract to supply the Clubhaus Group with over 200 new Yamaha Ultima golf cars for the next three years. Deliveries will start in March 2001. The deal is expected to be the start of a period of close co-operation between the two companies
