Home to 45 holes of golf, Lumine Golf Club has hit the spotlight in European golfing circles as host to European Tour Qualifying School Stage 2, as well as the Nordea Tour Winter Series and the Challenge de Catalunya. Finally, the 9-hole Ruins Course, another Norman design, weaves through Roman archaeological remains to complete the golf offering of immaculately presented facilities.
Thanks to excellent on-site practise, accommodation and leisure facilities, Bonmont Golf Club has established a reputation as a destination for all the family as well as an excellent base for winter training for leading amateurs and professionals. The course itself, a former home of the Volvo Tour’s Catalan Open, continues to draw attention today, thanks to the mountainous and ocean-front scenery offered from Robert Trent Jones Jr’s rolling fairways.
The region’s first golf course, Club de Golf Costa Dorada Tarragona, seamlessly integrates into a scenic valley, flanked by typically Mediterranean vegetation and boasting a traditionally Catalan-styled clubhouse.
Closest to the popular coastal resort, Salou, Club de Golf Reus Aigüesverds is set among olive and almond trees, with its own pool and padel courts, while La Graiera Golf Course offers views of mountains and sea, and features several water hazards to be negotiated.
