TV broadcaster Iona Stephen and former British Amateur Champion Rosie Bailey have joined forces to launch to a new golf travel company, Tuesday Links, that specialises in curating luxury Scottish golf breaks for women.
Tuesday Links reimagines the golf journey through a distinctly modern, women-first lens. Launching its inaugural journeys this summer, it invites women to explore Scotland with a seamless blend of iconic golf, luxury hospitality, immersive culture, and wellness experiences.
“I’ve always loved how golf brings people together. There’s something incredibly powerful about the conversations and friendships that unfold over 18 holes,” said Stephen. “With Tuesday Links, we’re creating experiences that truly celebrate that spirit of connection. It allows us to share the joy of the game in a way that reflects how women want to travel with golf today – thoughtfully, beautifully and on their own terms.
“We also believe golf can be a powerful vehicle for confidence, connection and wellbeing. As Tuesday Links grows, we’re committed to contributing positively to the future of the game and supporting more women to experience everything it has to offer.”
Created in response to the rapid growth of women’s golf globally, Tuesday Links reflects a broader shift in how women are engaging with the sport, not only as players, but as travellers seeking experiences that combine golf with culture, wellbeing, and connection.

“Golf has given me everything: friendships, adventure, and some of the most extraordinary experiences of my life,” said Bailey. “When Iona and I began imagining what Tuesday Links could be, we kept coming back to that feeling of being completely absorbed by the game and the place around you. The right cadence. Time to breathe. Golf on courses that move you, then time to let it all sink in.
“Getting that blend right has been at the heart of everything we’ve built. We want everyone who travels with us to feel exactly that: welcomed by Scotland’s most iconic courses, restored by its landscapes, and reminded that this game belongs to them.”
The company’s name reflects both heritage and progress. “Tuesday is a day traditionally associated with ladies’ day at golf clubs,” adds Bailey. “For us, it’s about women taking up new space in the game and making it their own.”
Golf participation continues to rise worldwide, with women now representing one of the fastest-growing segments of the game. In the United States alone, women account for 28% of on-course golfers, a record high, and are increasingly seeking more meaningful, experience-led golf travel.
Through intimate, design-led journeys, Tuesday Links offers a new expression of golf travel that blends sport, culture, and place, reflecting how modern women want to experience the game today.
Each journey has also been designed with a strong emphasis on wellbeing. From un-rushed itineraries and time immersed in Scotland’s coastal landscapes, to restorative moments that balance activity with relaxation, Tuesday Links reflects a more mindful approach to golf travel, one that prioritises how women feel as much as where they play.

Summer 2026 trips start from £5,950pp. For more details about upcoming itineraries and bookings, visit www.tuesdaylinks.com.
