Troon® will once again be exhibiting at the International Golf Travel Market (IGTM) from 11th to 14th November 2013. This year’s show marks the greatest gathering of Troon delegates at the event, with 19 of its international venues participating. Significantly, this year’s exhibition will be held on the Costa Daurada at the one of Troon’s flagship properties, LUMINE Mediterránea Beach & Golf Community, providing an ideal opportunity to showcase, first-hand, the exceptional services and facilities in the Troon portfolio.
The world’s premier golf travel event, IGTM has become a firm-fixture in the company’s business calendar. The three day event offers a unique networking opportunity for the market-leaders, allowing company delegates to demonstrate, from stand C101, its ability to develop professional and systematic approaches to facility management. Troon EMEA, oversees operations at 40 properties in 13 countries, giving the business a unique insight into the global footprint of golf. The division has seen continued growth this year with some exciting new developments recently added to the Troon network. The 2013 show will welcome these properties for the first time and include The Els Club Malaysia, which includes two awe-inspiring developments from the 4-time major champion, exhibiting from stand C035 and La Reserva, Sotogrande, one of the most sought-after destinations in Europe, at stand C101. Alongside both properties will be Troon’s flagship venues on the Red Sea, TabaHeights and El Gouna, Egypt (C367).
In addition, the Middle East will bring its strongest presence at an IGTM with Saadiyat Beach Golf Club and Abu Dhabi Golf Club – host of the European Tour’s Abu Dhabi HSBC Golf Championships, located at stand A267; The Els Club, Dubai (Stand C202) and The Address Montgomerie, Dubai (A167). Morocco will also be presenting in full force as Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort, California Golf Resort and Les Jardins De L’Atlas will be in attendance at the Moroccan National Tourist Office stand (A155) and Oued Fes represented at C101.
Also flying the Troon flag at LUMINE (Stand A515) is fellow SpanishEuropeanTourQualifyingSchool venue, Las Colinas Golf & Country Club, located just south of Alicante (C103), and Amateur Championship co-host, Prince’s Golf Club (C502). Costa Navarino, Messinia, Greece (C201), The Allegria, Egypt (A367), Lofoten Golf Links, Norway (C101) and Turnberry Resort, Scotland (C520) will further demonstrate the international reach of Troon.
