Global Hemisphere works as a sales representation agency specialising in promoting hotels & resorts, golf courses, and destinations to the worldwide business events, golf and leisure industries through sales, marketing and public relation activities. Global Hemisphere will manage the sales and marketing of Almerimar Golf Resort in countries such as Switzerland, Austria and Germany.
AR Hotels Company, which also has urban hotels, reinforces its division of golf to their golf hotels in Almeria for the German-speaking countries. The project is led by Mónica Díaz Vecino, Sales Director of Global Hemisphere. She trained in the hotel industry and spent several years developing and increasing sales at prestigious national and international hotels and golf courses. She has led operational and commercial departments for international hotels and is especially pro-active in developing business.
Monica Diaz Vecino did her Tourism and Marketing training at the University of Deusto in Vizcaya and has a long and distinguished career in the hotel industry and promotion of golf courses. Before the new project with Global Hemisphere, Monica managed the sales in Tropical Hoteles Company in Tenerife, which includes the Ritz Carlton Abama in Tenerife and the emblematic Hotel Jardín Tropical. She also managed the Sales & Marketing of the Association of Golf Courses in Tenerife and La Gomera, and was Sales Manager for Europe Hotels International chain with hotels in Mallorca, Tenerife and Germany for the holiday and corporate segment.
Her career in sales & marketing has taken her overseas to many European countries, to Asia and to America. These experiences have developed an understanding of overseas markets and destinations as well as expanding her contact portfolio.
Today more and more companies work with outsourcing services to minimize costs and still maintain its presence in the markets. Global Hemisphere will promote all marketing and sales activities for Almerimar Resort in the German-speaking area. As a result, the Resort will reinforce and expand its geographical presence in order to strengthen itself as a golf holiday destination.
AR Hotels, already an established brand in Andalusia, has two hotels in Segovia and Madrid. In the province of Almeria, Almerimar group owns two hotels of 4 and 5 stars, a golf course of 27 holes and a Marina.
Global Hemisphere also manages the Sales Representation for Region of Madrid Tourism Board, Golf La Estancia in Cádiz, and Golf Booking Madrid.
