All the tee times available for the 2025 season at Landmand Golf Club in eastern Nebraska sold out just 50 minutes after going on sale via the course’s website at 8am on New Year’s Eve.

Since it first opened in 2022, Landmand’s management has got into the habit of putting its tee time inventory for the upcoming season on sale at this time.

In December 2022, tee times for 2023, the course’s first full season, went on sale, and were all gone in about two months. Last year, on New Year’s Eve 2023, Landmand’s 2024 times sold out in two hours and 40 minutes. This year, it took less than an hour before the course, which charges $150 for an 18-hole green fee, was booked up for the entire 2025 season.

Were it not for Landmand’s online tee time provider’s website crashing shortly after sales started, the process would have been faster still.

Course developer and owner Will Andersen said: “I was aware that Landmand had become popular in the last two years since we first opened, but the interest and demand we experienced with the release of our tee sheet was overwhelming.

“I feel grateful, but also very motivated, to adapt and learn from this year. We know that this sort of demand puts a big expectation on our shoulders to deliver an exceptional experience when golfers come to play here, and we are absolutely determined to deliver exactly that.”

For golfers not successful in securing a tee time, Landmand offers a waiting list on its website, using the Noteefy app.
