Three QHotels’ golf resorts have been rewarded for their ability to deliver consistently high levels of performance and customer service after being named as recipients of the leading hotel group’s coveted ‘Centre of Excellence’ awards for 2016.
Mottram Hall, near Macclesfield in Cheshire, Forest Pines Hotel & Golf Resort in North Lincolnshire and Telford Hotel & Golf Resort in Shropshire all received top accolades when the winners were announced at a recent awards ceremony at Telford Hotel & Golf Resort.
Mottram Hall was the proud recipient of two awards for its golf operations and events operations’ teams, while Forest Pines and Telford were both recognised as centres of excellence for delivering outstanding service in their greenkeeping and golf course maintenance departments.
Held on annual basis, the company ‘Centre of Excellence’ awards have been designed to reward individual departments across QHotels’ 26 venues – including 10 golf resorts – who demonstrate great all-round performance in service delivery and financial results over the previous 12 months.
Jonny Chaisty, director of golf at Mottram Hall, said: “It’s our aim to give all our members and guests the best possible service, and it’s fantastic that all the hard work and dedication of our teams has been recognised by these two awards. We’re very proud.”
