Specialist golf travel agency Chaka Travel, which boasts 24 years of experience in selling luxury packages to destinations such as Mauritius and South Africa, has recently expanded its portfolio in the Middle East.
Following the development of a number of new championship golf courses and luxury hotels all over the region, Chaka Travel has appointed a new member of staff, former tour professional Richard Mason, to look after this growing section of the company’s business.

London-based Mason, who enjoyed stints on the PGA EuroPro Tour, has also plenty of travel industry experience, having worked within various leading resort and travel chains both internationally and within the UK.

I’ve spent the past four years heading up the inbound sports travel division at a leading destination management company based in Dubai, and this provided me with some amazing insight into the world of Middle East golf travel, and given me the personal experience to help consumers get the very best out of their golf holidays.”
