The PGA of Great Britain & Ireland Members’ 5th International Conference is returning to Thailand in 2024, with The Banyan Tree Bangkok and the All Thailand Tour Golf Center at Riverdale Golf Club co-hosting the event from April 22-25.
Open to all PGA of GB&I Members around the world (including the UK and Ireland), the event includes a two-day conference (April 23-24), with delegates able to learn from a strong line up of guest speakers drawn from a wide section of the golf industry, as well as an opportunity to share experiences and meet with fellow PGA Members at a variety of informal social events.
‘The Mind Factor’ founder, coach and PGA member Karl Morris will be among the keynote speakers for the 2024 meeting, presenting topics including ‘the mindset of performance in business’, ‘building a brand & creating passive income’.
On day two, Morris will be delivering a masterclass on the principles of effective coaching & skill acquisition at the All Thailand Tour Center, where delegates will have the opportunity to try out some of his coaching techniques on the academy practice areas at this world-class facility.
Other notable speakers include Michael Moir, founder of apparel brand Fenix; Chris Geraghty, General Manager of Vattanac Golf Club in Cambodia; PGA Chief Executive Robert Maxfield, and many more to be announced in the coming weeks.
Delegates will also have the opportunity to play Bangkok Golf Club under floodlights in a fun format evening event.
PGA Chief Executive Robert Maxfield, who delivered the opening address at last year’s four-day conference in Phuket, said: “The conference is a great way to meet fellow Members, share ideas and learn from some of the most respected figures in the golf industry. We received incredible feedback from Members and delegates who attended the conference.”
