Swedish tour player Alex Noren has formed a brand partnership with Swedish golf apparel brand Macade Golf that will see the world no.37 wear the company’s clothing when competing on the global professional tours this season.

Founded in 2019, Macade Golf offers a full range of stylish, non-traditional, yet technical sportswear for men and women, with the latest collection featuring a wide range of polos, trousers, skirts, joggers, gilets, bomber jackets and windshirts.

“As a Swedish native, to join a Swedish pioneered brand felt like a great match,” said Noren, 40, who will be wearing items for Macade’s SS23 range when he competes on both the PGA Tour and DP World Tour in 2023, including all the majors. “The styles are on trend and super cool while the performance fabrics give me freedom throughout my swing. I have many good years of golf in front of me and I am excited about the opportunities ahead of us”,

Erik Villadiego, founder and CEO of Macade Golf, said: “After enjoying previous successes with other tour pros, Macade is super proud to welcome Alex to the team. He not only brings a wealth of experience to the brand, but his charisma and work ethic are great traits to showcase and influence the younger generation of golfers with. We will be working with Alex to create content, introduce a custom collection and help grow the brand globally.”

He added: “It’s funny how a small idea snowballed into this much bigger thing. I started out simply making products for friends, so seeing it now on yet another top-50 golfer in the world is pretty incredible.”
