LET announces FX partnership

9.33am 16th February 2024 - Sponsorship & Events

A week after the commencement of its 2024 season, the Ladies European Tour has announced a new commercial partner.

Foreign Exchange company Cornerstone has been appointed the official Foreign Exchange partner of the LET, with three-year partnership will see Cornerstone join the LET family and provide foreign exchange solutions to the Tour while our players travel across the world playing tournaments in five different continents with purses totalling €34 million in prize money.

The 2024 LET season began last week in Kenya and with players competing this week in Riyadh for the Aramco Saudi Ladies International Presented by PIF. The season will see the Tour travel to 29 official tournaments played in 19 countries across the year.

Cornerstone, which was founded in 2010, is an organisation which prides itself on having a more female-based workforce in a male-dominated industry sector.

James Hickman, CEO of Cornerstone, said: “We are delighted to have partnered with the Ladies European Tour and look forward to working together and supporting their growth over the coming years. Both our organisations are expanding internationally and so have strong synergies across a number of areas.”

Fiona Harold, LET Commercial Director, said: “We are delighted to welcome Cornerstone on board for the next three years and see this partnership as a great fit for our respective organisations. As a global Tour, partnering with Cornerstone not only provides us with a service that is paramount for the day-to-day business of our organisation, but also allows us to collaborate on initiatives that showcase our athletes. We look forward to working with Cornerstone as we grow women’s golf across the world together.”
