9.59am 26th June 2013 - Sponsorship & Events

Emily Evans, Leanne Ashford, Lucy Brimble & Stacie Johns.Glamour meets golf at The Celtic Manor Resort this summer with the return of Ladies Day at Wales’ premier golf tournament.

Ladies Day on Saturday 31st August will see females dress to the nines to enjoy a sumptuous day in hospitality at the ISPS Handa Wales Open.

Following hot on the high heels of Elemis Polo at the Manor, the glitzy occasion offers the chance to check out all the stylish summer fashion and maybe be crowned “best-dressed” on the day.

Bubbles promise to flow on a day of celebration which features morning coffee and pastries, a pre-lunch champagne reception, a four-course lunch and champagne afternoon tea.

All this lavish hospitality takes place against the backdrop of the one of the UK’s leading golf tournaments where some of Europe’s finest golfers will begin their campaigns to qualify for next year’s Ryder Cup.

Ladies Day in the ISPS Handa Wales Open hospitality pavilion is right at the heart of the action, perched above the 18th green on The Twenty Ten Course where players complete their rounds.

Celtic Manor Resort Chief Executive Dylan Matthews said: “We always strive to create more than just a golf tournament at the ISPS Handa Wales Open and the return of Ladies Day is something we’re all looking forward to.

“Following on from the recent Celebrity Cup at Golf Live, we are keen to introduce new audiences to the great game of golf and provide an entertaining day out for all the family.”

Ladies Day, Saturday 31st August – £160

Gentlemen are welcome to purchase tickets but they must be accompanied by a lady.
