PGAs of Europe Fourball Championship, re-launched a year ago in Turkey, will be staged in 2012 over 54 holes at a great new venue of Lumine Beach & Golf Club, Tarragona, in the Costa Daurada region of Spain on Tuesday – Thursday, 21- 23 February.
Entries are invited immediately for a place in the field of up to 104 pairs competing over two courses in the popular better-ball event that provides the ideal chance of some welcome early competition for PGA professionals.
The Fourball Championship, with its guaranteed minimum prize fund of €20,000, increasing by €200 with each additional entry beyond 25 teams, is open to all classified PGA members and trainees from PGAs of Europe member countries at a cost of €200 per pair. Closing date is Friday 10th February.

Players will arrive on Sunday, 19 February, and will play a practice round the following day before the commencement of the three-day championship on the Tuesday. Departure is on Friday, 24 February.

The Austrian pair Jurgen Maurer and Michael Moser won the 2011 PGAs of Europe Fourball title when it resumed after a lengthy absence at Antalya Turkey.
