Gavin Moynihan is delighted to announce a sponsorship deal with new partner Mount Wolseley Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort.
The 21-year-old Irishman, who turned professional at the end of last year, begins the agreement as he prepares to play in the Dubai Duty Free Irish Open Hosted by the Rory Foundation.
Gavin made his professional debut at the Volopa Irish Challenge at Mount Wolseley in 2015 and is looking forward to the partnership with the Resort and its owners, Tetrarch Capital.
He said: “Mount Wolseley is a golf course I know well and the hotel and the rest of the facilities there are second to none. I love spending time there and I’m proud to be associated with the Mount Wolseley name and the Tetrarch Capital brand.
“This is a big week for all of the Irish guys playing at the K Club and one you really look forward to. The eyes of golf fans all over the world will be on Ireland this week and I’m obviously hoping to put in a good performance.”
The historic site of Mount Wolseley in Tullow, County Carlow, first came into the possession of the Wolseley family in 1725 and is now home to a luxury hotel, spa and golf resort comprising 143 bedrooms, an award-winning spa, superb bar, lounge, restaurant and leisure facilities and extensive conference, banqueting and meeting room facilities catering for business and leisure guests alike.
