European Seniors Tour teams up with Cleveland GolfThe European Seniors Tour and Cleveland Golf have entered into a joint marketing agreement that will see Cleveland become the Official Club Manufacturer and Sponsor of the Tour.
Under the terms of the new partnership, the Cleveland Tour truck will attend a number of tournaments on the 2007 European Seniors Tour Schedule where it will offer a range of invaluable services to the players.
Among them is a club sampling facility that will allow the European Seniors Tour Members, and in some cases their amateur partners, the opportunity to try Cleveland’s wide range of clubs that includes the HiBore XL driver and CG1 Black Pearl irons, both of which are used by European Tour player and three-time Major champion Vijay Singh.
Cleveland Golf will be afforded further commercial exposure throughout the duration of the 2007 season via on-course television advertising boards, advertising in tournament programmes and a range of website promotions on www.europeantour.com that will include competitions to win Cleveland golf equipment and accessories.
FIDRA, Cleveland Golf’s clothing brand, will also have an involvement within the Merchandising Tent at The Senior Open Championship, presented by Aberdeen Asset Management, at Muirfield, Scotland from 26-29 July.
