The Club Managers Association of Europe (CMAE) announces that Bernhard and Company one of the world’s most influential forces in how quality turfgrass is presented, is the CMAE’s newest Official Supplier.

Quality is vital in today’s amenity turf market because of the focus on the environment and demands of maintenance budgets. Bernhard’s approach to mower sharpening will ensure golf courses can benefit from a cleaner cut – minimising the damage to turf and improving turf health, disease and drought resistance. Most importantly, the advantage is seen in the playing conditions enjoyed by golfers.

The CMAE is a non-profit making professional association with members involved in the management of sports clubs (golf, tennis, sailing, rowing, rugby, football, cricket), health & fitness clubs, leisure, city and dining clubs located throughout Europe.

The CMAE is also the pan-European ‘unifying’ organisation for a variety of national professional associations for club managers and secretaries.

Bob Buckingham, Bernhard and Company CEO said, “Bernhard and Company is pleased to announce it’s partnership with the CMAE. With the golf industry facing hard times globally and golf clubs everywhere striving to control costs and increase revenues, this influential group of decision-makers will be looking to manufacturers of high quality, innovative products and solutions like Bernhard grinders which can show provable on course savings and improved turf grass conditions.”
