HLL Humberts Leisure, the property specialists to the golf and golf hotel industries, confirms the sale of West Chiltington Golf Club in West Sussex to WCGC Ltd, following a confidential placing exercise.
West Chiltington Golf Club, which is located close to Pulborough, comprises an 18 hole 5,866 yard (par 70) golf course, a 9 hole par 3 course, golf driving range and practice facilities, together with a well presented clubhouse. The Club has a great heritage – the course was designed by Max Faulkner OBE (1951 Open Champion) and Brian Barnes (6 time Ryder Cup player) – and a bright future under the control of the new owners Martin & Deborah Ormrod (trading as WCGC Ltd).
