A leading Cornish golf and leisure business which sold last year for an undisclosed sum is set to undergo a total business remodelling.
The 405-acre Roserrow golf and leisure complex which has a diverse holiday property portfolio spanning the prestigious coastal area around Polzeath, was one of the most exciting leisure and property developments to come onto the market last year. The business was prepared for market by The Business Company who also facilitated the sale.
Now the new owners have engaged The Business Company to lead on the strategic development of the business, identifying the business personality and values, undertaking comprehensive management development and determining the route to market.
The Business Company will join forces in some areas of the work with design house, Clear Design, combining their experience and unique models in business strategy, business improvement, people development, brand, marketing and creative design.
