On behalf of a private vendor, international real estate advisor Savills has sold The Wiltshire Hotel, Golf & Country Club at Royal Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire to Wiltshire Leisure & Hospitality Limited (WLHL). The property was offered at a guide price of £3.5 million.

The renowned hotel, golf and leisure property and business comprises approximately 200 acres (81 hectares) and includes a 27 hole golf course, 58 bedroom hotel of three star AA specification, health & fitness club, golf clubhouse and function suite. The original golf course was designed by championship golfers Clive Clark and Peter Alliss.
