Bulbury Woods Golf Club is a freehold 18 hole proprietary golf club located at Lytchett Matravers near Poole. The facilities comprise a 6,264 yard golf course with practice facilities and a substantial clubhouse. The business was offered for sale to enable the vendor to concentrate on his other business ventures.

Ben Allen BSc (Hons) MRICS, head of Humbert Leisure’s golf agency team, handled the marketing of Bulbury Woods Golf Club. He said ‘We were instructed to find a purchaser for the club on a strictly confidential basis. Our detailed knowledge of the market enabled us to achieve this objective without detriment to the business. Our last three sales have all be undertaken on this basis, proving that confidential marketing can be highly effective if deemed appropriate by the client’.
