Cameron House, one of Scotland’s most prestigious five-star hotel and golf resorts, has reportedly been put up for sale with a price tag of up to £100 million.
According to a report in The Scotsman newspaper, the hotel, which is located on the banks of Loch Lomond, is to be placed on the market by owners KSL Capital Partners.
The luxury hotel was acquired by KSL from QHotels in 2015 for an estimated £70 million. It was devastated by a fire in 2017 and was subsequently restored and renovated.

The five-star resort, which is set within 400 acres, boasts 208 guest bedrooms, including 28 suites, plus 115 lodges and self-catering apartments, and also offers a spa with rooftop infinity pool, 18-hole championship golf course (The Carrick), a 9-hole course (Wee Demon), a range of restaurants and bars, event spaces, leisure club, cinema, and a marina.
KSL Capital Partners has instructed property consultancy JLL to manage the potential sale.
