The 1,750 sq m (19,000 sq ft) clubhouse complex includes a 17 metre swimming pool with spa facilities, gymnasium and aerobics studio. There are 33 en-suite letting bedrooms together with conference suite and executive boardrooms. Outdoor leisure facilities include tennis courts, bowling green and fishing & boating lake.
Overstone Park Resort has 502 golf club members and 1,067 leisure members. The combined golf, hotel and leisure turnover is around £2,400,000.
The 114 Scandinavian lodges produce an RPI linked ground rental income and sales commission income in excess of £250,000
This is an established business, with potential for further commercialisation. Offers in the region of £7.75 million are invited for the freehold property, which extends to approximately 69 hectares (170 acres)
