Golf de Rimaison is a par 35 golf course with clubhouse, converted from a traditional barn, a pair of semi detached cottages, a farmhouse and 4 bay covered driving range with additional outdoor mats.

FPDSavills have been instructed by Inter–Franc (Golf) Co. Ltd, to sell this attractive nine hole golf course. It is located in the Blavet Valley, 5½ miles outside the historical town of Pontivy, which is famous for its connections with Napoleon. The course, situated close to The Renaissance Memorial, is set amongst the remains of the Chateau De Rimaison and Kerrock and has outstanding views of the surrounding countryside.

The cottages and farmhouse, although in need of renovation, provide an ideal and exciting opportunity for development of the site into a wide range of leisure and other amenity uses. In total there are approximately 110 acres (44.52 hectares).

In addition to the course there is further land adjoining the River Blavet which has been zoned for a further nine hole course, subject to detailed planning approval. The area has also in the past been zoned for 95 houses and a 50 bedroom hotel.

The guide price for the whole is £550,000.

Sarah Payne of FPDSavills Banbury Office comments “This attractive and historical property provides an ideal opportunity for expansion of an existing golf facility with potential for development, subject to planning approval, in a well known tourist area”.
