European Tour Properties, a network of 21 world class golf venues, will be exhibiting for the first time at the largest overseas property exhibition in Europe, A Place in the Sun Live, at Olympia London, from 6-8 May 2016.
Joining its official real estate partner, Fine & Country Golf, European Tour Properties will be presenting and promoting its internationally-recognised portfolio of member venues, which all have a close association with The European Tour and offer the stamp of tournament quality.
Venues exhibiting include World Top 100 golf courses, award-winning resorts and residential communities, the home of the DP World Tour Championship and Race to Dubai finale and host venue of The 2014 Open de España.
David MacLaren, Director of Property & Venue Development at The European Tour, said: “As The European Tour continues to expand globally, the objective of European Tour Properties is to become the world’s premier golf and real estate brand.
“British buyers have consistently purchased more overseas properties than other nationalities, and exhibiting at A Place in the Sun Live allows us to perfectly showcase our growing network, which now spans Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.”
Recent additions to the European Tour Properties network includes two Portuguese venues, Troia Resort and Bom Sucesso; Albatross Golf Resort in the Czech Republic; Lighthouse Golf & Spa Resort in Bulgaria; Maxx Royal Belek Golf Resort, Turkey; and Mount Juliet Estate, Ireland.
David MacLaren continued: “Our network of venues recognise that The European Tour brand adds further profile and influence to potential property investors and we look forward to showcasing our expanding network to visitors at A Place in the Sun Live.”
