The German based firm, Phoenix Trust, has recently appointed HMH and Chesterton Residential as advisors and UK sales partner respectively on their development in Newfoundland, Canada. The complex, which will form an exclusive golf, leisure and holiday retreat, consists of 300 luxury residential properties for sale.
Closer to home Chesterton HMH has been appointed to market The London Golf Club which is located in the Kent countryside some 25 miles from the City of London.
