Cambridge Lakes Par 3 comes back to market

The Chelmsford Office of FPDSavills has been instructed to re-market the property at a guide price of £350,000 to include machinery and equipment

The property was previously offered for sale in 1997. Cambridge Lakes Par 3 9-Hole golf course was constructed during 1993/4 and opened in April 1995. Turnover reached £192,849 in the 12 months ended 31st March 1998 but is thought to have fallen in the following year.

The course occupies land which is leased from Cambridge City Council at £11,500 per year (to be reviewed on 1st March 2004) and the Council is prepared to negotiate an extension of 30 years to the existing lease.

The property includes a purpose built club house extending to 263 square metres and a tarmac and gravel car park with space for 40 cars.
