The existing range comprises 28 covered bays – 25 of which feature Power Tees – and five outdoor bays, with the new plans enabling the venue to provide 10 more covered bays in a 44m extension.
The planning permission also includes a license to expand the area of where alcohol is allowed to be consumed on the premises.
A spokesperson for the centre said: “Sale of alcohol will take place from the existing kiosk on the first tee for consumption on the golf course, but we will also sell drinks via a roaming till and payment system that will enable orders to be taken from inside and outside the clubhouse, on the driving range and on the golf course.”
