ProShop app provides new platform for leading coaching creators

A new app has been launched that combines some of the best golf coaches with a personalised, structured environment designed to help golfers achieve measurable improvement and hit their goals.

The ProShop app expands the traditional coaching platform to create a digital one-stop-shop for its users, with player profiles, engaging skill tests, score-tracking features, on-course GPS and a thriving online community, where players can communicate directly with the platform’s expert coaches.

Challenging the trend of golf’s ‘quick fix’ culture amplified by social media, ProShop has been designed to help golfers improve their game long term, generate connections between players, and bring Pro coaches closer to their students with more defined and structured programs of learning.

ProShop features a leaderboard where players compete in a variety of different scoring categories. They can add personal touches to their profile with the ‘In the Bag’ equipment feature, and their improvement can be continually benchmarked by the performance trackers set out in the app.

ProShop’s unique model will allow users to subscribe through one pro but gain full access to the content of others in an ad-free environment, amplifying the discoverability of the platform’s network.

Users will gain direct access to some of the most sought-after and popular online instructors, notably Georgia Ball, Bryce Cope, Alex Riggs and Kerrod Gray.

Georgia Ball, whose accessible, charismatic style of coaching has seen her amass over 1 million followers across Instagram and TikTok, said: “This is the future of golf coaching. The ability to offer structured, personalised training to golfers around the world in a way that’s convenient and effective is truly exciting.”

Another founder creator, Alex Riggs, who based in the UAE, echoed this sentiment: “ProShop is a game-changer. Golfers finally have access to elite coaching that they can take with them anywhere – helping them practice smarter and get better results on the course.”

With a vision for smarter improvement in the golf game, ProShop co-founder Robbie Greenfield shares his ambition for the platform: “ProShop is more than just a coaching app – it’s a revolution in how golfers learn, track, and improve their game. We’ve brought together the best coaches and the latest technology to create a platform that delivers real, measurable progress.

“No matter your level, ProShop ensures you’re always improving with purpose. We want golfers of all levels to find us and utilise the platform as a hub where they can improve and have everything they need at the touch of a button.”

Greenfield also feels the proliferation of online coaching content, which offered unrealistic and quick-fix solutions, created the need for an app like ProShop, which collated the best coaching insights in a more meaningful way.

“We wanted to land on a smarter, more structured way for golfers to access a wide variety of top coaches in the game, while providing a clear roadmap for their improvement. Seeing the success of one-to-one coaching platforms, we believe ProShop offers a compelling alternative, combining expert guidance with a suite of innovative features to enhance every golfer’s learning journey.”

ProShop is now available for download on iOS and Android. Golfers can sign up through their favourite coach, start tracking their progress, and join a growing community of players committed to improvement.

The app comes with a free 14-day trial followed by subscription, which costs $19.99 per month or $149.99 per year ($12.50 per month pro rata).
