New York’s Chelsea Piers Golf to be powered by Inrange

12.05pm 6th December 2024 - Practice Range & Teaching

Chelsea Piers Golf Club driving range offers one of the most picturesque settings to practice golf in all of the USA, if not the world (in close competition with another Inrange location, Greenwich Peninsula Driving Range in London, UK). The four-tier structure offers players an idyllic look over the Hudson river – and will soon be getting a major infusion of award-winning off-course technology, powered by Inrange.

The Chelsea Piers team selected Inrange as their radar ball-tracking and range software partner because their group’s vision of what great range experiences look like, aligns perfectly with Inrange – who are the only off-course technology to truly segment and allow facilities to offer experiences to three unique customers: Practice golfers, Social and entertainment players and large groups/events in a multi-bay experience.

This segmentation gives Chelsea Piers all the tools they need to enhance their customers’ experience andgrow the game by exposing more people to the ‘fun side of golf’. The upgrade is set to go live in early 2025.

“We always knew adding technology was going to improve our offering, but we took time to select the right provider. Inrange offers so much more than ‘just practice’ and has been a partner right from the start. We are incredibly excited to bring a whole new golf experience to New York,” stated David Beltre, General Manager of Chelsea Piers Golf Club.

Players can try out golf, the Inrange way, as soon as mid-December with an official launch party set for Spring 2025.
