Just Golf indoor facility hits the ground running in Greenwich

Inrange-powered indoor facility exceeds revenue expectations within three months of opening.

A former retail unit in Greenwich Peninsula in south-east London has been transformed into a high-performance, six-bay InRange indoor experience, setting a new benchmark for the commercial viability of indoor golf ranges.

Just Golf Greenwich‘s indoor operation, which opened in October 2025, has shattered previous revenue expectations for the space, tripling the annual revenue in the first three months.

This development was inspired by the overwhelming success of Inrange technology at all of Just Golf’s four UK sites, and was built out in partnership with launch-monitor market leader Foresight Sports.

In addition to the six bays, the facility offers a full F&B service, with a wide range of drinks and snacks delivered in-bay. The bays can be booked for a minimum of 30 minutes, with prices starting at £22, with golf clubs supplied.

For Declan Malone, owner of the Just Golf Group, the decision to pivot from traditional golf retail to an indoor social golf experience was rooted in maximising return on investment.

“We saw an opportunity to take a space that was under-utilised and turn it into something world-class, and we’ve seen over 2,500 sessions in the first 90 days of operation,” says Malone. “By bringing the Inrange outdoor experience inside, we’ve created a high-quality asset that drives serious revenue regardless of the weather.

“In London, people expect quality experiences that combine innovation and atmosphere,” added Malone. “With Inrange and Foresight combined, we’re giving our players exactly that — a space where they can train seriously, compete socially, and have a great time regardless of the weather.

“The success of the project proves that the concept of an ‘indoor range’ is no longer just a secondary option for rainy days – it is a primary, highly profitable category for urban expansion. The facility also demonstrates how intelligent space conversion can turn low-yield real estate into a powerhouse of activity.”
