St Andrews Links Trust has appointed Neil Coulson as its new chief executive.
Coulson, who is currently Vice President of Reignwood Investment UK and general manager at Wentworth Club, will take up his new position at the Home of Golf in December.
A member of the PGA, Coulson started his professional playing career in Chester in 1993 before several years managing golf and resort properties in Asia. He also previously spent time in St Andrews working with Braemar Golf, providing consulting services around Europe and the Middle East.
His passion for the golf industry has seen him manage a variety of businesses with differing commercial positioning and priorities around the world, including significant time spent across Asia, Europe and North America, including senior roles within KPMG and IMG.
In 2019, he took up the role as General Manager of the Wentworth Club, and last year was also given the role of Vice President, responsible for strategy and performance of Reignwood UK operating assets, including overseeing Ten Trinity Square (London) – a private members club in the City of London.
