The First Group is one of Dubai’s top property development companies with over 20 years experience of development in respected European markets. With a strong track record in offering top quality, unique properties with high capital growth potential, The First Group has announced that former Ryder Cup captain Sam Torrance is their latest investor and ambassador. Joining England footballer Michael Owen, Torrance will own a property based in the heart of the world famous Dubai Sports City.

“Investing in Dubai has been on my radar for a while now. I‘ve been going there since the late 80s with the European Tour and I had not found the right opportunity until now. Property investment has always been of interest. The First Group’s product gives me the perfect opportunity to be involved with an investment and to use for either friends or family once constructed. From both a commercial and leisure perspective, the opportunities in this part of the world are unbelievable and Dubai Sports City is destined for great things. I believe that Ernie’s course there is excellent. This is also a great to be an ambassador for such an innovative and well respected company” commented Torrance.

The First Group currently has a selection of luxury developments in Dubai, with 3 in Dubai Sports City that include the sold out Diamond and Bridge developments and the ultimate in stylish residence, The Matrix, where Sam’s property is based.

“We are delighted to have Sam join Michael Owen as one of The First Group’s ambassadors and investors. The region of Dubai and The First Group properties continue to present a hassle free, time efficient investment with a high potential return. It is great to see another well known sporting icon support us as we continue to expand into other regions within the Emirates.” commented joint chairman Danny Lubert.
