“CMM quickly understood our recruitment brief and recognised Roehampton Club is not just about golf, it has extensive tennis facilities, world-class croquet lawns and stunning grounds. Peter has over 25 years’ experience of turf care and agronomy and I’m certain our business will benefit from his knowledge and management skills in the months and years to come.”
Richard Wood, Director of Colt Mackenzie McNair, said: “The golf industry is rich with talent in the turf care sector and CMM directly communicates with best-of-breed individuals, like Peter, on a regular basis.
“Many of our successful candidates are previously unknown to our clients, as they are not publically seeking new roles, but this appointment illustrates the power of specialist search, the depth of our network and how we systematically pinpoint the best person for a role.”
