Report # 500 is the valuation of an 18 holes golf course with a big club house on freehold land in the Dusseldorf area. The client is the German subsidiary of an international company owning and operating several golf courses in different countries. The purpose of the valuation is a potential adjustment of the current book values of the land and improvements of the subject golf course property.
