Lanhydrock Hotel announces the appointment of new resident PGA Head Professional, Alister Tawse.
Alister spent the last 20 years as the Head Professional and Golf Director at West Surrey Golf Club before relocating to Cornwall at the beginning of 2013. Having spent the last 18 months at Mercedes Benz in Truro as Business Development Manager, Alister has now found the perfect opportunity to return to the golf industry by joining us at Lanhydrock.

With a track record of not only operating as a very successful Golf Professional keeping a demanding club fresh and innovative, but additionally successful in developing team ethic, enhancing the experience for the membership of the club.”

Not only does Alister offer skills in Golf Coaching, he is also a keen swimmer and rugby enthusiast, with a bit of luck he’ll be able to teach you to retrieve your hook from the water hazard with a fine stroke and ensure all your putts are converted.
