Mannings Heath, an award-winning Exclusive Golf Club in Horsham, West Sussex, has appointed two new members to the club’s management team; Stephanie Hall and Ian Whitmill.
From her previous role as Group Business Development Manager at Exclusive Hotels and Venues, owner and operator of Mannings Heath, Stephanie has been appointed General Manager of the club, realising her lifelong passion for the sport with the capacity to deploy her innovative vision for Mannings Heath’s ongoing development.
Passionate about golf and hospitality, Stephanie’s aim is to offer the club’s members and guests an all-encompassing luxury golf experience, providing the finest courses along with the finest hospitality, and to expand the club’s corporate offering. Her love of golf was nurtured from a young age byher father, golf champion Stephen Hall, and her two brothers who are both keen golfers.
Meanwhile, Ian Whitmill joins Mannings Heath as Clubhouse Operations Manager from The Manor House, an Exclusive Hotel & Golf Club, in Castle Combe, Wiltshire, which makes up the second club within the Exclusive Golf portfolio.
Ian began his career in 1995 as a Sous Chef at Mannings Heath and eventually joined The Manor House where he progressed his career to Clubhouse Steward. A lifelong love with his home county, West Sussex, and Mannings Heath, now sees Ian combine both experiences in returning to Mannings in an vital operations role with the primary focus of providing members and guests with unrivalled service whilst maximising sales opportunities.
