TopGolf, the premier golf entertainment complex, has appointed Andy Reeve as General Manager at TopGolf Watford.

Andy spent 15 years working in leisure industry management at Ultimate Leisure and Living Room Group, and has run nightclubs and bars in London and Sydney.

Andy’s role is to oversee and manage TopGolf Watford and ensure that exceptional service and a fun atmosphere is maintained.

He said: “I’m looking forward to using my experience in the leisure industry to develop TopGolf’s Thursday to Saturday late-night trade.”

He will report to Helen Lloyd, Director of UK Site Operations. She said: “It is very exciting to have someone like Andy join our team. His knowledge of the leisure industry will be a huge asset.”

TopGolf has centres in Watford, Hertfordshire; Chigwell, Essex; and Addlestone, Surrey, with a total of 161 driving bays, plus first class bars and catering facilities. Addlestone also boasts a full 18-hole golf course.

TopGolf’s hi-tech golf balls contain microchips that, when the balls drop in target holes up the range, send back players’ individual scores based on accuracy and distance. Electronic scoreboards in the driving bays display the scores so players can compete against each other while improving their skill levels.

In the United States, TopGolf has two centres in Texas, in Dallas and Allen, one in Chicago and one in Alexandria, Virginia.
