King Settles with Callaway

An injunction is agreed

Callaway have settled their legal dispute with former employee Mark King over his abrupt departure last year to Taylor Made-adidas.

King will continue in his position as president of Taylor Made-adidas after agreeing to an injunction preventing him from “using, disclosing or otherwise releasing the trade secrets of Callaway Golf and its subsidiaries, including Callaway Golf Ball Company”.

Taylor Made-adidas have agreed to screen King from participating in golf ball related activities until December 31, the date on which his prior employment with Callaway’s ball company would have expired.
